Yes, we have an award-winning wedding planning company included in our wedding package that will provide month-of wedding coordination services for you. 

50 minimum/200 guests + the couple maximum.

The latest a wedding may end is 11:00pm but the end time is decided based upon your chosen start time. Total wedding event time is based on 6 hours starting at the time of your ceremony. So for example, if your ceremony starts at 4:00pm, your reception would end at 10:00pm and 5:00pm start time would result in an 11:00pm end time.

Yes, you are welcome to DIY and bring your own decor in or you may rent decor here from us! We offer an initial design consultation anytime after booking your wedding day. You can select decor from our extensive inventory for a small rental fee; some items are complimentary. Any decor you bring in will need to be approved by us but a few things to keep in mind for decor is:

  • The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.
  • All candles must have the flames covered by a hurricane cover or vase.
  • No glitter, rice or confetti may be used on the grounds, indoors or outdoors.
  • Only real flower petals are permitted in the ceremony area.

Yes! We offer complimentary yard games for cocktail hour. We have 1 set of dark stained wood corn hole boards with toss bags and 1 giant connect 6 game.

Your rehearsal will usually be scheduled the day before your wedding, the time will depend on the day. Typically rehearsals will be 9:00am-10:00am with an 8:30am decor and alcohol drop off, if we have a wedding that day. Otherwise, if we don’t have a wedding scheduled, your drop off and rehearsal can be scheduled anytime between 8:30am-4:00pm. You will schedule and confirm your drop off and rehearsal day and time with your wedding coordinator around 8 weeks before your wedding.

Getting ready on property can be an easy and stress-free option for the day of your wedding, so we’ve provided you with some options! We have The Monroe Room, The Bunk House, and Lucky 13 available as early as 11:00am when you book the Southern Elegance package. Otherwise, with the Simply Serene package, you have The Monroe Room and The Bunk House available starting 2 hours prior to your ceremony.

There is a ‘designated smoking area’ for guests. Smoking is not permitted inside buildings.

The property is treated for mosquitos, by fogging regularly. If we see a problem, we will take care of it to the best of our ability.
